MIRAGE GROUP Ltd. has signed Grant Agreement No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1648-C01 for the provision of grant funding under Procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 “Adapted Working Environment”.

The main objective of the project is to ensure a healthy and well-adapted working environment at MIRAGE GROUP Ltd. through the implementation of measures aimed at reorganising work processes and workplaces in order to promote environmental awareness and resource efficiency; prevent and mitigate workplace stress and occupational burnout; improve workplace environment factors with a view to creating healthy and safe working conditions; and provide additional social benefits for employees. The project will create sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of jobs, while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, standards and requirements.

The main activities include the development and implementation of “green” models of work organisation; provision of psychological support for the prevention and mitigation of workplace burnout; provision of collective protective equipment addressing the risks identified within the company; and provision of additional social benefits for employees.

The expected impact is the establishment of a work organisation model at MIRAGE GROUP Ltd. focused on environmental responsibility and resource efficiency, the direct engagement of employees with the concept of the transition towards a green economy, and the improvement of a healthy and safe working environment.

Total project value: EUR 115,288.62, of which EUR 97,995.32 is European funding provided by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027.
