At the Fespa 2017 International Exhibition in Hamburg, Germany, Zund presented a 3.6kW Routing Module + ARC HSK, Cut and Seal Laser and others.

3.6kW Routing Module + ARC HSK:

Features:

‒  HSK – up to 10mm bit shaft

‒  MQL standard

‒  Bit cooling. Air blown at bit

‒  Water cooled spindle (chiller included)

‒  Surface compensation

Optional:

‒  Automatic Router-bit Changer HSK

‒  8 x HSK Router-bit holders

Cut and Seal Laser:

Cut & Seal Polyester fabrics (prevent fraying)

‒  Steel underlay required (no Vacuum)

‒  Feeding with limited automation (center winder?)

‒  Fume extraction (limited effective)

‒  Crane for module handling

‒  Change over < 15 minutes for 1 person changeover-demo only with agreement by Lars
