The new Aurich media offers for textile printing with HP latex technology

In a joint attempt to achieve better adhesion of latex inks on 100% textile fabrics from PES, Aurich and HP united the efforts of their R & D departments. With the final FRL option, Aurich has enabled every HP latex technology owner to print on a flexible textile substrate with the following features:

-DigiPanorama 3172FRL - DigiPanorama is a 250g high quality display fabric with a special finishing to hold Latex inks. Our chemical division have enhanced the adhesion of the inks to the textile surface. This will lead to a less sensible for abrasion of the inks. The images will be brilliant and sharp in resolution. DigiPanorama is a perfect match to HP Latex printers.

-DigiCompetition 2264FRL - Lightweight and price competitive 160g display fabric with same coverage as a 210g decoration fabric. This light weight display fabric has been developed to actively support the target market for decoration of fabric frames in shops and malls. With only 160g per sqm it performs same as a traditional 210g per sqm fabric in all aspects: Coverage, softness, stretch, printability. DigiCompetition can be ordered for transfer or for dye sublimation direct printing and will follow latest flame certifications for indoor use. Application: indoor, frames with rubber keder systems.

-Supernova 3179FRL - Supernova is the consequent enhancement of our range of textile backlit fabrics. All features of our successful Impact Prime series are preserved. In addition, a reduced weight to 240g combined with a brighter white surface character enables the user to print brilliant high resolution backlit textiles. Backlit Supernova 3179 with integrated wrinkle relaxation by new finishing variant FRXU - Supernova is the consequent enhancement of our range of textile backlit fabrics. All features of our successful Impact Prime Evolution series with FRX finishing are preserved. Our technical people went a step further by using a specific yarn type and applying a unique finishing treatment FRXU to the Supernova. By that they managed to manufacture a backlit with wrinkle relaxation. Supernova 3179 with FRXU finish ends the annoying subject of visible wrinkles.

-DigiFacination 6178FRL - DigiFacination is a 60g light weight woven fabric with a special finish to hold Latex inks. Our chemical division has enhanced the adhesion of the inks to the textile surface. This leads to a better adhesion of the inks. The images will be brilliant and sharp in resolution. DigiFacination is a perfect match to HP Latex printers.
