MIRAGE GROUP Ltd. is implementing the project "Ensuring Sustainable Employment" for 10 disadvantaged persons at MIRAGE GROUP Ltd., funded under Contract No. BG05SFPR002-1.012-0131-C01 under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.012 "SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE IN DISADVANTAGED SITUATIONS".

The overall objective of the project is to create sustainable employment and integration into the labor market of persons in disadvantaged situations, including those with permanent disabilities.

The specific objectives of the project are related to:

Providing the opportunity for sustainable employment in the field of trading printing machines and equipment for 10 persons, of whom 9 are disadvantaged persons without permanent disabilities and 1 person with permanent disabilities.

Providing professional support for the newly employed persons in adapting to the specifics of their positions, through mentoring assistance.

The planned activities include hiring 10 persons from the target group; workplace support through a mentor, according to the individual needs of the persons.

The expected effect is to provide support and sustainable employment to persons considered vulnerable in the labor market, thus increasing their chances for adequate professional presence and independent living.

Total project value: BGN 194,125.80, of which BGN 165,006.93 is European funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027.
